TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read
the following carefully as they constitute part of your
contract.
CP Home Services
reserve the right to amend and remove any part of these Terms and
Conditions at its’ discretion prior to a contract being signed.
PLEASE
NOTE – BY SIGNING A CONTRACT AND/OR MAKING A PAYMENT YOU ARE
AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
All prices shown on
our website and on your contract are exclusive of VAT.
We reserve the right to increase or decrease the prices of the
services on our website www.cphomeservices.com at any time, however
the prices shown on your contract are fixed for the period of the
contract and will not be increased.
CP Home Services Ltd
reserve the right to deduct any outstanding monies from any payment
made to us by tenants/guests and any credit balance will be paid to
your account accordingly. You will remain responsible for any
remaining debit balance, and any monies not paid within 7 days of
the invoice could incur a 9% interest charge.
HOUSEKEEPING
Cancellations must be made at least 24hrs in advance and be
acknowledged by us. Any clean cancelled on the day it was due is
payable in full.
If a mid term clean is requested and we are unable to start or
finish a clean for any reason concerning accessibility, the clean
remains payable in full.
BBQ cleaning is not included in any type of clean, and if
required is charged at 15 Euros. Please ensure that guests are
informed that they should clean the BBQ after use.
An inventory check will be carried out at the departure of your
guests and any damaged or missing items will be reported to you.
Items will only be replaced when we receive payment from you, or we
can deduct from any deposit we are holding.
Please note that whilst CP Home Services Ltd takes every care to
ensure that the inventory is fully checked, we accept no liability
for any losses or damages however caused.
You are strongly advised to have full contents insurance to cover
the above.
Any items left at your property will be held by us for a maximum of
28 days, after which they will be donated to local charities
whatever their value. CP Home Services Ltd are unable to take
responsibility for storage after this period.
Any items requested for return will incur a fee of 20 Euros plus
postage and this must be paid immediately through our website
via Paypal.
PAYMENTS
Payments are due within 7 days of the issue of an invoice and late
payment could incur an interest charge of 9% which will be added to
your account.
Please note that if payment is not made on time and after fair
warning, CP Home Services Ltd reserves the right to immediately
withdraw its’ services even if guests are in situ. It will then be
your responsibility to provide these services including cleaning,
pool and garden maintenance.
Any cheque or payment that is not honoured by our bank will incur a
charge to you of 50 Euros per item. This is our administration fee
and also covers the bank costs on this default. This charge also
includes any cheques from tenants or other third parties which are
paid into our company account on your behalf. We reserve the right
to deduct this fee from any monies owed to you.
It is YOUR responsibility to claim this charge back from the debtor
or deduct it from any deposit you may be holding.
ORIGINAL RECEIPTS
Original receipts
for goods purchased on
your behalf are
in all cases the property of C P Home Services Ltd. The company has
paid for these goods out of the company account and must be
accounted for in our records. They are not the property of the owner
and cannot be provided to the owner. A company invoice and receipt
will be issued for all goods purchased on your behalf.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICES
Any cancellation of our services must be submitted in writing and
give one full months notice. Refunds will only be given for any full
months unused i.e. not part months, and we reserve the right to
deduct any outstanding monies for any other services provided by us.
LIABILITY
C P Home Services Ltd
do not accept any liability in respect of DEATH, INJURY or ILLNESS
of any person staying in your property and we strongly recommend
that you have full home and 3rd party liability insurance
and that you and all your visitors take out fully comprehensive
travel insurance.
C P Home Services Ltd
do not accept any liability for any BREAKAGES, LOSSES or DAMAGE that
may occur in your property whether it is occupied or not. Any of the
above will be reported as soon as we are aware of them, but will not
be replaced or repaired without the written consent of the owner. In
all instances a quote will be given and presented to the owner for
approval.
All of the above terms
and conditions are essential and form an integral part of your
contract with us.
