You
are the proud owner of a brand new property. You have been handed
the keys and then discover there are a few things which are not
quite right.

famous snagging list is born!
You
give it to the developer who promises that all will be attended to,
and you go home smiling.
If
you are fortunate then the snagging list is attended to and you have
no further problems. However, often things are not done and endless
emails go back and forth.
We
can help. Give us a copy of the snagging list and we will check if
everything has been done and, if not, send you photos and a written
report of the work still outstanding or confirmation the work has
been done.
