Our
monthly management fee includes secure key holding, regular visits to
your property where we check security, the electricity and water
supplies and for any pest infestation. We provide
regular email updates to you for complete peace of mind.
The monthly fee also provides for any *emergency call-out between
the hours of 08:00 and 20:00 Monday to Friday.

We are
also happy to provide a meet and greet service for your guests at no
extra charge until 20:00 After this time a charge of €17 is payable.
If preferred we recommend that a coded key box is fitted next to the
