CONDITIONS

A call-out between the hours of 20:00 and 08:00 on weekdays, at any time during weekends and on Bank Holidays will incur a standard charge of €34 + €17 per hour or part thereof.

Non-emergency call-outs will incur the out-of-hour charge as detailed above.

An emergency is defined as:

● A life or death situation.

● No electricity.

● No water, except for shortage disconnection.

● Major leak which endangers guests or building.

● No access to the property.

All prices are subject to VAT at 15%
